LBT provided the performance data as part of the Condition Assessment, Decision Support Tool and Investment Priority portion of their TAM Plan. Work order data was used to develop a vehicle safety baseline and FY16's MDBF for vehicle reliability. Using these two criteria and a ULB of 14 years, LBT can determine which revenue vehicles are in a State of Good Repair.
