The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) proposes to implement capacity improvements to the Canarsie L Line, which operates between South Brooklyn and Manhattan. Improvements include three new power substations, contact rail, circuit breaker houses, and other upgrades needed to increase capacity on the line.
