Below are three NTI courses which may be of interest to your agency. For more information about the class or to register, please click on the links below. Please also share with anyone you feel could benefit from the information.

National Transit Database (Urban Reporting):
Denver, CO – January 27-28, 2016 – 8:30AM – 4:00PM

This course is intended for transit professionals whose responsibilities include some or all of the following related to the National Transit Database (NTD): reporting, statistical compilation, or other financial duties and activities. This is an introductory level course. The content is geared for people with little or no experience using the NTD reporting system.

Procurement Series - II - Risk Assessment and Basic Cost or Price Analysis:
Salt Lake City, UT - November 10-15, 2015
Tues – Thurs 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

The second of a four-part series * It is highly recommended that the four procurement courses be taken in the following order: Orientation to Transit Procurement, Risk Assessment and Basic Cost and Price Analysis, RFP''s and Competitive Contract Negotiations, and Contract Administration.

This course is for those currently engaged in procurement for federally funded transit agencies, contract administrators, project managers, procurement and contracting personnel wishing to improve their skills, transit suppliers, and FTA regional staff who review third-party contracting. Transit suppliers are encouraged to attend in order to understand the agency procurement function more thoroughly.

Procurement for Small and Medium Transit Systems:
Fargo, ND – November 16-17, 2015 – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

This course is geared toward small and medium transit system administrative staff who are involved with third-party procurement and are recipients of FTA funding. State agency representatives, and FTA regional staff will also benefit from this course. Attendance is limited to those transit agencies that:
• are recipients of 5307 funds and operate less than 50 vehicles
• are recipients of 5310 or 5311 funds
